Telephone Banking System definition

Telephone Banking System means a telephone banking communications system as declared in the proposal form which provides customers of the Assured with direct access to the Assured’s Computer System via an automated touch tone telephone service and which requires the use of a Tested code in order to effect any banking transactions but does not mean a private branch exchange, voice mail processor, automated call attendant or a computer system with a similar capacity used for the direction or routing of telephone calls in a voice communications network.

  • I am responsible for the safekeeping of my PIN and for all transactions made by use of Electronic Telephone Banking System.

  • I understand that I cannot use Electronic Telephone Banking System without a PIN, and that I will select my PIN when I initially dial into the Electronic Telephone Banking System or I sign onto the Personal Computer Electronic (Home) Banking System.

  • For security reasons, in the event my PIN is lost or stolen, there may be restrictions on transactions I can make on the Electronic Telephone Banking System.

  • If I disclose my PIN to anyone, however, I understand that I have given them access to my account via the Electronic Telephone Banking System and that I am responsible for any such transactions.

  • I understand that I cannot use Home Banking without a PIN, and that I will select my PIN when I initially sign onto the Home Banking System or dial into the Electronic Telephone Banking System.

  • For purposes hereof, “Account Sweep” refers generally to the Bank product that allows you to protect an account against overdraft and insufficient item fees by transferring available funds from another Bank account when needed.NOTICE: The revolving line of credit available funds, are not included or displayed in your Designated Account’s available balance at ATM’s, the Teller Line, Online Banking, our Telephone Banking System, or on Email Notifications.
