Telephone Requests definition

Telephone Requests. We may transfer funds in your Account to another Account with us or to any other financial institution based on a request we receive by telephone. We may rely upon the apparent authority of a person who is able to provide us with the information we require to initiate a transaction by telephone. On the other hand, we may refuse to execute any telephone request or order. For your protection and ours, we may record any telephone conversations between us and you authorize us to do so. Amendments and Changes: Changes to any Account or Account service requested by any Account Owner can only be made with our express consent.
