Telephonic Meetings definition

Telephonic Meetings. A member of the Management Committee may participate in any meetings thereof by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment enabling all members of the Management Committee participating in the meeting to hear one another. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • electronic meeting means a general meeting held and conducted wholly and exclusively by virtual attendance and participation by shareholders and/or proxies by means of electronic facilities;
