Tinigua E&P Contract means the E&P Contract relating to the Tinigua Block dated January 23, 2009 between the ANH and VenezuelaCo;
Tinigua E&P Contract means the E&P Contract relating to the Tinigua Block dated January 23, 2009 between the ANH and Inepetrol S.A., which was subsequently assigned to PetroNova Colombia - Branch in March 2010;
