Temporary disability leave means leave taken by a covered employee from employment because of a serious health condition of the employee that makes the employee unable to perform the functions of the employee’s position.

Examples of Temporary disability leave in a sentence

  • Temporary disability leave includes a serious health condition of the employee as provided in Article 16.

  • Temporary disability leave will run concurrently with leave granted under Article 16, Family and Medical Leave.
