Temporary eligibility or “TE” means the granting of MSI benefits by ADMINISTRATOR 3 for thirty (30) calendar days. TE shall be granted only under the circumstances defined in the MSI 4 Provider Manual, as it exists now or may be amended.

  • Temporary eligibility will be given if the process exceeds 21 days.

  • This is as a result of no generic paediatric community team to carry out routine aspects of care and palliative care support.
