Temporary Foreign Workers definition

Temporary Foreign Workers or “TFWs” means Employees, or prospective employees, who are not permanent residents or citizens of Canada.
Temporary Foreign Workers has the meaning set out in Section 5.19(a)(vi) of this Agreement; “Temporary Repair” has the meaning set out in Schedule 11 [Prices, Payment and Security]; “Temporary Repair Proposal” has the meaning set out in Schedule 11 [Prices, Payment and Security]; “Term” has the meaning set out in Section 2.1 of this Agreement;

Examples of Temporary Foreign Workers in a sentence

  • For Travel Card members working as Temporary Foreign Workers the contributions under Article 21A will be added to the amount contributed to the Health and Welfare Fund on behalf of these workers.
