The Union and the City agree that the following types of Bargaining Unit (Division 1) employees shall not have Union dues or Fair Share Fees deducted from their pay: Permanent Part Time (less than 3/4 time) Seasonal Full and Part Time Temporary Full and Part Time Student Interns All full-time employees (3/4 time to full time) will have Fair Share Fees or Union Dues deducted from their pay in accordance with provisions of Article 5 and Article 43 of the Labor Agreement.
Any benefits that the Temporary Full- Time Employee had not previously completed the qualifying period for shall be reserved in full.
