Temporary Global Instrument means a Temporary Global Instrument substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Instrument) to this Agreement.

Examples of Temporary Global Instrument in a sentence

  • Words and expressions defined in the Terms and Conditions (as defined in the Issue and Paying Agency Agreement) and the Issue and Paying Agency Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Temporary Global Instrument.

  • On any occasion on which a payment of interest is made in respect of this Temporary Global Instrument, the Issuer shall procure that the same is noted on the Schedule hereto.
