Temporary Heat Solution any temporary heat solution provided by ESCo pursuant to the Framework Supply Agreement for the provision of heating to Customers when heat supplies from the Energy Plant and Equipment (or the Heat Distribution Network as relevant) are temporarily unavailable.   • In the event of any material loss of Heat Supply suffered by a Customer at a Unit caused by a failure in any part of the Energy System during the Operational Period, ESCo shall (without prejudice to its other obligations under this Agreement), subject to Paragraph 2.4, put in place a Temporary Heat Solution to ensure that the provision of Heat Supply to the Customer at the relevant Unit is resumed as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event within [72] hours of notification of such failure.
