Temporary Heat Solution any temporary heat solution provided by ESCo pursuant to the Framework Supply Agreement for the provision of heating to Customers when heat supplies from the Energy Plant and Equipment (or the Heat Distribution Network as relevant) are temporarily unavailable. Examples of Temporary Heat Solution in a sentence

  • The Developer shall provide to ESCo all such co-operation and assistance reasonably requested by ESCo in connection with XXXx'x installation of a Temporary Heat Solution in the circumstances envisaged by Paragraph 2.1 (including, without limitation, the provision of a suitable location at the Development at which the Temporary Heat Solution shall be installed and the grant to ESCo of a licence to occupy the same).
