Housing accommodation or "Dwelling" means any building, mobile home or trailer, structure, or portion thereof which is occupied as, or designed, or intended for occupancy, as, a residence by one or more families, and any vacant land which is offered to sale or lease for the construction or location thereon of any such building, mobile home or trailer, structure, or portion thereof or any real property, as defined herein, used or intended to be used for any of the purposes set forth in this subsection.
Transient accommodation means a room, group of rooms, or

Accommodations means the room or other space provided to transient guests for dwelling, lodging, or sleeping, including furnishings and other accessories, in a facility that is not a campground, hospital, nursing home, emergency shelter, or community mental health or community substance abuse treatment facility. Accommodations do not include food or beverages.
Reasonable accommodation means necessary and appropriate modification and adjustments not imposing a disproportionate or undue burden, where needed in a particular case, to ensure to persons with disabilities the enjoyment or exercise on an equal basis with others of all human rights and fundamental freedoms;
accommodation unit in relation to any premises, means a building or section of a building occupied or used or intended for occupation or use for any purpose;
Letter of Credit Accommodations means the letters of credit, merchandise purchase or other guaranties which are from time to time either (a) issued or opened by Lender for the account of Borrower or any Obligor or (b) with respect to which Lender has agreed to indemnify the issuer or guaranteed to the issuer the performance by Borrower of its obligations to such issuer.
Accommodation means hospital facilities covered under your applicable policy including meals, bed fees, theatre fees and treatment including nursing care.
Accommodation Agreement means the agreement between the Student, the School, the Parents, which governs the Student’s accommodation arrangements. Act means the Education Act 1989. Agreement means this Agreement including any schedules. Application Form means the standard enrolment form which forms the cover page of this Agreement. Code means the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016.
Extended Letter of Credit has the meaning given that term in Section 2.3.(b).
Online Training means prerecorded training delivered virtually e.g. SAP e-learning.
Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit D, together with the standard form of application for letter of credit used by the applicable Issuing Bank, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be provided therein.
Line of Credit mean the credit facility described in the Section titled "LINE OF CREDIT" below.
board and lodging accommodation means accommodation provided to a person or, if he is a member of a family, to him or any other member of his family, for a charge which is inclusive of the provision of that accommodation and at least some cooked or prepared meals which both are cooked or prepared (by a person other than the person to whom the accommodation is provided or a member of his family) and are consumed in that accommodation or associated premises;
Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to:
Line of Credit Note shall have the meaning given the term in Section 2.1.a.
Accommodation Payment as defined in Section 10.21(d).
Designated facility means (a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility which :
Credit Line as defined in Section 2.1.
Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.
Draw means the disbursement of funds to a Development.
Additional Facility is defined in Section 7.01.
Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.
Credit hour means 50 minutes of classroom instruction in
U.S. Letter of Credit means any letters of credit issued or to be issued by the U.S. Issuing Bank under the U.S. Subfacility for the account of the U.S. Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.13.
