Temporary Operational Base (TOB) definition
Temporary Operational Base (TOB) means a location other than that specified in Schedule 1 at which the Aircraft is temporarily required to be based during a Service Period. Training Period means the period of time, if required and defined in this Contract, during which the Contractor is required to make the Services available for specific training purposes. Wet-A Hire means the Contractor is responsible for the provision of fuel, fuelling facilities and infrastructure according to the provisions of this Contract and the Contractor is required to be self-contained, self-sufficient and mobile in the provision of fuel in most circumstances. Wet-B Hire means the Contractor is responsible for arranging and paying for fuel providing there is no delay to the provision of the Services. The Contractor is not required to have mobile fuelling facilities nor mobile infrastructure. The Contractor is required to ensure that fuel is readily and reliably available at the NOB.
