The provisions in Section VI.A.v.a, above, shall not apply until the Expedited Temporary Release Period has expired.
Producer agrees to provide daily wellhead measurement data to Gatherer on a monthly basis for the purpose of confirming that volumes of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Gas flowing to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ during the Temporary Release Period comply with the terms hereof, including the Maximum Flow Rate.
