Temporary Notes The Notes specified in Section 2.3 of the Indenture.
Temporary sign means a sign not permanently fixed and not intended to remain fixed in one position;
Temporary suspension means the removal of a student from school for a specified period of 10 school days or less after a rudimentary hearing.
Temporary Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer; Tranche means Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing); and
Temporary Vacancy a vacancy in a position caused by the regularly assigned employee being absent from duty or temporarily assigned to other duties.
Temporary service means an electrical service granted temporarily for such purposes as construction, real estate sales, trailers, et cetera;
Temporary Teacher means a person employed to teach under the authority of a letter of permission.
Temporary use means a use or structure on improved or unimproved real estate which is of impermanent nature, and is used for less than ninety days in a calendar year.
Temporary Transfer means the assignment of an employee to a different work location other than her own for a period of 90 days or less. With regard to temporary transfers, the Company will:
Temporary Offshore Global Note means an Offshore Global Note that bears the Temporary Offshore Global Note Legend.
Temporary means employment of an intermittent nature; for a limited, specified period; and undertaken during unpaid Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave.
Regulation S Temporary Global Note means a temporary Global Note in the form of Exhibit A hereto, bearing the Global Note Legend, the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes initially sold in reliance on Rule 903.
Regulation S Temporary Global Security with respect to any series of Securities, means one or more temporary Global Securities, bearing the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Security Legend, issued in an aggregate amount of denominations equal in total to the outstanding principal amount of the Securities of such series initially sold, if required by Rule 903 of Regulation S.
Temporary domicile means the principal place of abode within Utah of a person who does not have a present intention to continue residency within Utah permanently or indefinitely.
Temporary post means a post other than a permanent post.
Temporary job site means any location where industrial radiography, wireline service, well-logging, portable gauge or x-ray fluorescence use is performed and where licensed material may be stored other than those locations of use authorized on the license.
Temporary Structure means any structure that is apparently temporary in nature;
Temporary Regulation S Global Note means a temporary Global Note in the form of Exhibit A hereof bearing the Global Note Legend, the Private Placement Legend, and the Temporary Regulation S Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes sold in reliance on Rule 903.
Temporary Certificate means a certificate issued pursuant to subdivision (d) of section 7 of this local law.
temporary sales office means a building, structure, facility or trailer on the lotused for the purpose of the sale of dwelling units to be erected on the lot.
temporary licence means a Licence granted under the Act valid for a single day or for such period as may be specified in the Licence not exceeding six months.
Temporary license or "temporary licensure" means a license issued by the Division on a temporary basis to an applicant for initial licensure, renewal or reinstatement of licensure, or relicensure in accordance with Section 58-1-303.
