Temporary Traffic Control Plan definition

Temporary Traffic Control Plan means a plan for the safe management and passage of motor vehicles, bicyclists, pedestrians, etc., as well as workers, equipment and materials. Temporary traffic control plans shall be submitted, reviewed and approved by the City Engineer or designee prior to use of the right-of-way or public access easement whether a right-of-way occupancy permit is required or not.
