Ten-Year Period definition

Ten-Year Period means that period of the 6 through 10 years following the date of adoption of the plan, its amendment or revision by the County.
Ten-Year Period means the ten year period from the date of registration of the Foundation as a registered charity granted by the CRA to the tenth (10th) anniversary date of the date of registration of the Foundation as a registered charity referred to in Section 7.01(d)(i).
Ten-Year Period means, as to any DCI Limited Partner, a period of ten years ending on the day before the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date.
