Tenant Contractors definition

Tenant Contractors means contractors, subcontractors and/or materialmen who: (a) are selected by a Tenant Party; and (b) perform services in connection with the Premises and/or Building.
Tenant Contractors has the meaning set out in Section 14.8.

Examples of Tenant Contractors in a sentence

  • The Lease Document and this Exhibit are not intended to create any third-party beneficiaries; without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no Tenant Contractors or Tenant Planners shall have any legal or beneficial interest in the Allowance.

  • This requirement applies to laborers, workers and mechanics whether they are employed by Tenant, Contractors, Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors, or any other person who performs a portion of the work on any tenant improvements or Alterations.

  • All Tenant Contractors and any other Persons now or hereafter contracting with Tenant, any Tenant Contractor or any other Tenant Party for the furnishing of any labor, services, materials, supplies or equipment with respect to any portion of the Premises, at any time from the date hereof until the end of the Term, are hereby charged with notice that Person shall look exclusively to Tenant to obtain payment for same.

  • All Tenant Contractors are to comply with Project rules and regulations as set forth by Landlord.

  • Should any mechanic's or other liens be filed against any portion of the Project, including the Leased Premises, by reason of Tenant's or Tenant Contractor's acts or omissions or because of a claim against Tenant or Tenant Contractor, Tenant shall inform Landlord of such lien immediately and cause the same to be canceled or discharged of record by bond or otherwise within twenty (20) days after receipt of notice by Tenant.

  • All Tenant Contractors are to follow all instructions set forth by Landlord.

  • Tenant shall report (and shall require Tenant Contractors to report) to Landlord any property damage or injury to any of Tenant’s agents or employees and shall furnish Landlord a copy of any accident report filed with its insurance carrier promptly after its occurrence.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no Tenant Contractors or Tenant Planners shall have any legal or beneficial interest in the Allowance.

  • Tenant shall cause Tenant Contractors to take all reasonable safety precautions with respect to the Tenant Work, and to comply with all applicable Laws for the safety of persons or property.

  • Tenant shall: (I) be deemed to have authorized and ordered all work performed, materials furnished and obligations performed by a Tenant Contractor and incurred by or at the request of a Tenant Party; (II) not permit any mechanic’s liens to be filed against the Premises or the Project in connection therewith; and (III) deliver to Landlord final lien waivers from all Tenant Contractors after completion of any such work by such Persons.
