Tenant Partner definition
Tenant Partner means Tenant, or, if Landlord so requests in connection with the consummation of the Lease Conversion, a bankruptcy-remote single-purpose entity that is wholly-owned by Tenant.
Tenant Partner shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.11 hereof.
