Tenant’s Authorized Representative definition

Tenant’s Authorized Representative as the person authorized to initial all plans, drawings, changes orders and approvals pursuant to this Work Letter. Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any such item until such item has been initialed by Tenant’s Authorized Representative.
