Tenant’s Part definition
Tenant’s Part means the cost of Controllable Operating Expenses per square foot of the Premises. Tenant’s Part will not increase by more than the Allowable Increase from one year to the next. All years are calendar years and annualized in the case of partial calendar years.
Examples of Tenant’s Part in a sentence
If Tenant shall default in the performance of any provision of the Lease on Tenant’s Part to be performed, or if Landlord is required to take any action to enforce the Lease or to defend the validity of or interpret the Lease, then Landlord shall be entitled to recover all costs and expenses incurred thereby, including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
