Tender Invitation definition

Tender Invitation means the request for quotation or the request for proposal, as the case maybe, that has been issued by HKSTP to invite tender submissions from third parties (including the Supplier) for the provision of the Goods.
Tender Invitation means customer’s document notifying of tender selection or document announced through media;
Tender Invitation means the invitation to tender the Tendered Bonds made by the Authority and the Commission to the holders of the Series 2020A Subordinate Lien Refunding Bonds dated October [18], 2023.

More Definitions of Tender Invitation

Tender Invitation means the Electronic Tender Submission Form to which these Conditions are annexed. "Tender" means the Tender submitted by the Tenderer in accordance with the Tender Documents. "Tenderer" means the person, firm, or the Company invited to tender for the Work.

  • Competing Offer means a Tender Offer for Units which (i) is Commenced prior to the expiration of the Offer by a Person that is not an Affiliate (or in the case of Waltxx Xxxeet, as to its Associates only) of any Partner and (ii) has a cash purchase price per Unit that is at least 2% (10% with respect to the first Competing Offer made following the Offer by the Partnership)

  • Tender means a written offer in the form determined by an organ of state in response to an invitation to provide goods or services through price quotations, competitive tendering process or any other method envisaged in legislation;

  • Home solicitation sale means a sale of goods or services of more than $25.00 in which the seller or a person acting for the seller engages in a personal, telephonic, or written solicitation of the sale, the solicitation is received by the buyer at a residence of the buyer, and the buyer's agreement or offer to purchase is there given to the seller or a person acting for the seller. Home solicitation sale does not include any of the following:

  • Invitation for bids means all documents, whether attached or incorporated by reference, utilized for soliciting bids.

  • Qualified Bidder(s means a Bidder who fulfills the eligibility criteria listed out in the E-Auction Process Information Document.

  • Competing Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(n).

  • Purchase or Sale of a Security means obtaining or disposing of "Beneficial Ownership" of that Security and includes, among other things, the writing of an option to purchase or sell a Security.

  • Offer to Acquire shall include: (i) an offer to purchase, a public announcement of an intention to make an offer to purchase, or a solicitation of an offer to sell; and (ii) an acceptance of an offer to sell, whether or not such offer to sell has been solicited; or any combination thereof, and the Person accepting an offer to sell shall be deemed to be making an Offer to Acquire to the Person that made the offer to sell.

  • Invitation for Bid (IFB means the solicitation document issued to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Takeover Bid means a "take-over bid" as defined in the ASA pursuant to which the "offeror" would as a result of such takeover bid, if successful, beneficially own, directly or indirectly, in excess of 50% of the Outstanding Securities;

  • Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:

  • Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offers means the solicitation by any Company Party of offers for, and the corresponding acceptance by a Lender of, a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a specified range of discounts to par pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v)(C).

  • Qualifying Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Standing Offer means the Contractor agrees to provide the Works from time to time if and when authorised by the Superintendent by the issue of an Order. The Contractor agrees that the Principal is not obliged to order a specific number of, or any, Works during the term of the Contract.
