Tendering Process definition

Tendering Process means the process described in section 6 of Schedule B (Business Opportunities). Term has the meaning set out in section 4.1 of the Agreement.
Tendering Process means the process commenced by the issuing of a Request for Tender, Proposal or Quotation and concluding upon formal announcement by Agent of the successful Tenderer(s) or earlier termination or abortion of the process.

Examples of Tendering Process in a sentence

  • The Bidder shall not have a Conflict of Interest that may affect the Tendering Process.

Tendering Process the tender announced by AM for the operation and maintenance of Thessaloniki Metro, as well as the procurement, installation and commissioning of a related information system, in line with the terms of the Invitation to Tender.
