Tentative Subdivision Plan definition

Tentative Subdivision Plan means a plan prepared in accordance with the provisions of this By-law and the Act showing a Subdivision.
Tentative Subdivision Plan means a plan prepared in accordance with this By- law and the Community Planning Act which shows lands to be subdivided.
