Examples of Term A-1 Maturity Date in a sentence
To the extent not previously repaid, (i) all unpaid Term A-1 Loans shall be paid in full in Dollars by the Borrower on the Term A-1 Maturity Date, (ii) all unpaid Term A-2 Loans shall be paid in full in Dollars by the Borrower on the Term A-2 Maturity Date, and (iii) all unpaid Term A-3 Loans shall be paid in full in Dollars by the Borrower on the Term A-3 Maturity Date.
To the extent not previously repaid, (i) all unpaid Term A-1 Loans shall be paid in full in Dollars by the Borrower on the Term A-1 Maturity Date, and (ii) all unpaid Term A-2 Loans shall be paid in full in Dollars by the Borrower on the Term A-2 Maturity Date.
