Tranche B Term Loan Maturity Date definition

Tranche B Term Loan Maturity Date means October 20, 2016.

Tranche B Term Loan Maturity Date means the date that is seven years after the Closing Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day).
