Term Certificateholders definition

Term Certificateholders means the Class A Certificateholders.
Term Certificateholders means, collectively, the Class A Certificateholders and the Class B Certificateholders.

The Trustee may request and conclusively rely on certifications by the Depositor, the Master Servicer and any Servicer in determining whether any Certificates are registered to an Affiliate of the Depositor, the Master Servicer or such Servicer.

  • Certificateholder only the Person in whose name a Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register.

  • REMIC III Certificateholder The Holder of any REMIC III Certificate.

  • Trust Certificateholder means the Person in whose name a Trust Certificate is registered on the Certificate Register.
