Term Facility Liens definition

Term Facility Liens means Liens on the Term Facility Collateral created under the Term Facility Security Documents to secure the Term Facility Obligations (including Liens on such Collateral under the security documents associated with any Term Substitute Facility).
Term Facility Liens. Liens arising under the Term Loan Documents in favor of the Term Loan Agent and the Secured Parties under and as defined in the Term Loan Agreement, to the extent such Liens are subject to the Intercreditor Agreement. Term Loan Agent: Credit Suisse, Cayman Islands Branch, and any successor thereto, as the administrative agent and the collateral agent under the Term Loan Documents.

Examples of Term Facility Liens in a sentence

  • In the event that any Revolving Facility Secured Party becomes a judgment lien creditor in respect of Common Collateral as a result of its enforcement of its rights as an unsecured creditor, such judgment lien shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement for all purposes (including in relation to the Term Facility Liens and the Term Facility Obligations) to the same extent as all other Liens securing the Revolving Facility Obligations are subject to the terms of this Agreement.
