Term Loan Hedging Provider definition
Term Loan Hedging Provider means any Person (other than a Term Hedging Affiliate) that has entered into a Hedging Agreement with a Term Loan Credit Party with the obligations of such Term Loan Credit Party thereunder being secured by one or more Term Loan Collateral Documents, as designated by the Company in accordance with the terms of one or more Term Loan Collateral Documents (provided that no Person shall, with respect to any Hedging Agreement, be at any time a Hedging Provider hereunder with respect to more than one Credit Facility).
