Term Note definition
Term Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Term Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit C-1 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Term Lender resulting from the Term Loans made by such Term Lender.
Term Note means a promissory note made by the Company in favor of a Term Lender evidencing Term Loans made by such Term Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1.
Term Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).
Examples of Term Note in a sentence
The Term Loan shall be evidenced by the Term Note payable to the order of the Bank in a principal amount equal to the Term Loan Advance.
