Term of Operation definition

Term of Operation. : means the period when Techcombank is allowed to conduct business activities in accordance with the laws, from the date of issuance of the Establishment and Operation License by the State Bank to the Bank. Techcombank is allowed to extend its term of operation based on a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders and it must be approved by the State Bank in accordance with the laws.
Term of Operation means the operational term of the Bank as stipulated in clause 3, Article 2 of this Charter and the extended time (if any) as adopted upon a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank and subject to an approval of the state competent authority if required by Law.
Term of Operation has the meaning defined in Section 16.1 herein.
