Term of Use definition

Term of Use means that period of time Customer has Use of the Licensed Materials as specified in the applicable Order.
Term of Use means that period of time Customer has Use of the Licensed Materials as specified in each Product Quotation.
Term of Use means the period of time identified in the Rights and Restrictions, during which time Licensee may exercise the rights granted herein.

  • Upon selection of both the Licensed Materials and the Term of Use, the Fee shall be automatically calculated and debited from the remaining eDAcard Balance.

  • At all times during the Term of Use, Vendor shall comply with all laws, regulations, rules, and ordinances that may be applicable, including those of UNCP, the City of Pembroke, the County of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, State of North Carolina, and United States of America.

  • The Term of Use for licenses for the Licensed Materials, which includes Maintenance Services, can be selected for a pre-determined duration (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or any combination thereof).

  • The Term of Use for Licensed Materials shall continue unless the applicable Product Quotation is terminated as provided in Section 5(b).

  • Discontinued Licensed Materials, or Licensed Materials for which Maintenance Services are no longer available, may no longer be Remixed by Customer or acquired during the Term of Use under a Product Quotation.

  • All claims arising from the use of the Sites or Services must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose or such longer period as prescribed under any applicable law governing this Term of Use.
