Terminal Party definition

Terminal Party means the Party taking delivery from, or making delivery to, a Vessel at a Terminal.

  • A Vessel nomination that has been accepted by the Terminal Party is not superseded until the Terminal Party has accepted a substitute Vessel nomination.
