A Vessel nomination that has been accepted by the Terminal Party is not superseded until the Terminal Party has accepted a substitute Vessel nomination.
If a Vessel nomination is accepted by the Terminal Party, the Vessel Party may substitute another suitable Vessel by nominating it for acceptance by the Terminal Party.
