Terminal Services definition

Terminal Services has the meaning indicated in Section 3.1.

Terminal Services is defined in the Terminal and Throughput Agreement.

Terminal Services means air navigation services provided or made available by NAV CANADA or by a person acting under the authority of the Minister of National Defence to an aircraft at or in the vicinity of an airport, excluding overflying the airport, including dedicated arrival/departure control provided by ACC or TCU and aerodrome services including airport advisories and air traffic control from a tower.

• References to Documentation in this Agreement will be read as references to Stripe Terminal Documentation, with respect to the Stripe Terminal Services, Stripe Terminal Software and Stripe Terminal Products.

• You must, to the extent Law requires, obtain a Customer’s consent before you collect, use, retain or disclose the Customer’s Payment Account Details in connection with your use of the Stripe Terminal Services.

• Upon receipt of an Update notice from Stripe, you must immediately notify your Custom Accounts and Express Accounts that use the Stripe Terminal Services (a) of the Update; (b) whether the Update is mandatory, optional or discretionary; (c) if the Update is mandatory, the deadline for installing the Update; and (d) that they may not be able to continue using the Stripe Terminal Services if they do not install the mandatory Update by the deadline.

• You may only use the Stripe Terminal Services in compliance with the Terminal Purchase Terms, if applicable, and this Agreement.

• Customer shall be responsible for procuring and maintaining public liability insurance for personal injuries and property damage with respect to Customer’s access to or use of the Terminal Facility and/or Terminal Services, including contractual liability coverage for Customer’s liabilities and obligations as set forth above.

More Definitions of Terminal Services

Terminal Services means the following (in each case, as more particularly set forth in the Terminal Services Terms and the Terminal Rules and Regulations):

Terminal Services means the services provided to a vessel and/or Cargo Interest by FIT.

Terminal Services means Terminal Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, one of the above-captioned Debtors.

Terminal Services means all and any services (with or without goods) of any description provided by or on behalf of the Company or the Terminal Service Providers to Export Tankers at or on or about the Terminal and/or the Export Tanker at the Thang Long - Dong Do Field directly or indirectly in connection with the offtake of crude oil from the Terminal, (including, without limitation, pilotage, navigation, berthing, mooring, towage, line handling, tug services, personnel and equipment transfer, cargo surveying, supervision of loading or discharge, communications, observation and other services, assistance, directions, advice, instructions and conduct whatsoever).
