Terminated Asset definition

Terminated Asset means, with respect to a Target that is terminated by either Party under ARTICLE 11, each Compound and Licensed Product directed to such Terminated Target.
Terminated Asset means, on a Collaboration Program-by-Collaboration Program basis, with respect to a Collaboration Program that is terminated by [***] under Clause 12 or expires pursuant to Clause 12.1.2, each Licensed Compound, Development Candidate and Licensed Product, that is the subject of such Collaboration Program;
Terminated Asset is defined in Section 13.5.2.2(c)(i) (Data Package Request).

Terminated Asset means, on a Collaboration Program-by-Collaboration Program basis, with respect to a Collaboration Program that is terminated by either Party under ARTICLE 14 following Genentech’s delivery of a Dev Go Notice, each Compound, Discovery Construct, Development Candidate and Licensed Product directed to the Terminated Target that is the subject of such Collaboration Program.

Related to Terminated Asset

  • Terminated Transaction means the Transaction terminated in accordance with Section 5.2 of this Agreement.

  • Affected Assets means, collectively, the Receivables and the Related Security, Collections and Proceeds relating thereto.

  • Special Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning given to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Terminated Transactions means with respect to any Early Termination Date (a) if resulting from a Termination Event, all Affected Transactions and (b) if resulting from an Event of Default, all Transactions (in either case) in effect immediately before the effectiveness of the notice designating that Early Termination Date (or, if "Automatic Early Termination" applies, immediately before that Early Termination Date).
