Terminated Targets definition

Terminated Targets means (a) any [***], (b) any Target with respect to which this Agreement is terminated and (c) upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement in its entirety, all Targets.

Examples of Terminated Targets in a sentence

  • To the extent requested by Ionis, Biogen will promptly assign to Ionis any manufacturing agreements solely to the extent related to Terminated Targets and identified by Ionis to which Biogen is a party.

  • Licensed Compound means (a) 3,4-Diaminopyridine, the chemical structure of which is set forth on Exhibit B-2; and (b) any derivatives, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, acid forms, base forms, salt forms, or modified versions of such compound in (a).
