Termination Due to Death means a termination of Executive’s employment due to the death of Executive.

Termination Due to Death. The death of the Employee shall occur. Upon a termination due to death, Employee's estate shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to his then current Salary, payable in equal installments over a one year period at the Company's customary pay periods.

Termination Due to Death means a termination of a Management Stockholder's employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries because the Management Stockholder has died.

Examples of Termination Due to Death in a sentence

  • Upon termination of this Agreement under Section 3.3 (Early Termination by Executive), Section 3.4 (Termination for Cause) or Section 3.5 (Termination Due to Death or Disability), all salary and benefits of Executive hereunder shall cease immediately.

  • Notwithstanding Section 1(b) hereof, the Employment Period shall end upon the earliest to occur of (i) a Termination For Cause, (ii) a Termination Without Cause, (iii) a Voluntary Termination, (iv) a Termination Due to Retirement, (v) a Termination Due to Disability, or (vi) a Termination Due to Death.
