Termination Event Notice definition

Termination Event Notice means any notice(s) given by SFV to LTES Operator notifying LTES Operator of the occurrence of a Termination Event, including any notice given by SFV under clause 15.3 (“Termination by SFV”) of the PDA and clause [22.3 / 23.3] (“Termination by SFV”) of the LTESA. Transferee has the meaning given in clause 5.1 (“Transfer”).
Termination Event Notice is defined in Section 13.4(b).
Termination Event Notice has the meaning assigned to the term “Notificación de Causal de Rescisión” in the PPA;
