Termination Event Notice definition

Termination Event Notice means any notice(s) given by SFV to LTES Operator notifying LTES Operator of the occurrence of a Termination Event, including any notice given by SFV under clause 15.3 (“Termination by SFV”) of the PDA and clause [22.3 / 23.3] (“Termination by SFV”) of the LTESA. Transferee has the meaning given in clause 5.1 (“Transfer”).
Termination Event Notice is defined in Section 13.4(b).
Termination Event Notice means notice provided by the Notes Trustee of a Termination Event, in the form set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Upon the delivery of a Covenant Termination Event Notice pursuant to a Covenant Termination Event, the Guarantees of the Guarantors will also be released.

More Definitions of Termination Event Notice

Termination Event Notice means any notice given by the Commonwealth to the Operator notifying the Operator of the occurrence of a Termination Event.
