Terra Capital definition

Terra Capital means Terra Capital, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Terra Capital s payment obligations pursuant to this Section shall survive the discharge of this Indenture and the resignation or removal of the Trustee. When the Trustee incurs expenses after the occurrence of an Event of Default specified in Section 6.1(vii) or (viii) with respect to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, the expenses are intended to constitute expenses of administration under the Bankruptcy Law.
Terra Capital has the meaning assigned to such term in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.
