Territorial Authorities means New Plymouth District Council,Stratford District Council, South Taranaki District Council; and
Territorial Authorities means the territorial authorities referred to in Part 2 of Schedule 2 of the Local Government Act 2002, or their successor(s), that are responsible for districts included, wholly or partly, in the Hawke's Bay Region;

  • Local authorities means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations under the constitution and laws of this state.
