Territory FI definition

Territory FI or “territory financial institution” has the meaning set forth in §1.1471-1(b)(130).
Territory FI means a financial institution that is incorporated or organized under the laws of any U.S. territory, excluding a territory entity that is an investment entity but is not a depository institution, custodial institution, or specified insurance company.
