Test examiner definition

Test examiner means every licensed school instructor or administrator in a school district with the responsibility of administering tests under this rule.
Test examiner means a Certified, full-time staff member who has been trained to administer specific state-mandated or systemwide assessments; Test examiners are responsible for distributing and collecting test materials, delivering appropriate instructions to a group of students, maintaining test security during testing, and providing an appropriate testing environment.
Test examiner means an employee or contractor of an LEA or NPS who signs the ELPAC Test Security Affidavit, who is proficient in English and has complete command of pronunciation, intonation, and fluency, and who certifies that he or she has completed training in administration of the ELPAC.
