Test Kits definition

Test Kits means DBS Cards or other test kits provided by or on behalf of Shire Group Companies to Physicians in the Territory for the purpose of identifying patients suffering from Morbus Fabry, Morbus Gaucher and Morbus Hunter and such other rare diseases that are identified on the Testing Request Form.
Test Kits means a Disposable that consists of a package of disposable sensors and related accessories prepared by Cambridge for use in a single test with a HearTwave System, which may be offered for sale by Cambridge during the Term.
Test Kits means any and all blood screening or diagnostic Dipstick Test and FLIP Test, the development, manufacture, sale or use of which utilize Chiron Technology or Chiron Reagents and which detect the presence of antibodies to viruses associated with AIDS.

  • Private on-farm Test Kits will not be recognised as an official test kits and should be used as a guide only.

  • With such quarterly payments, Distributor shall provide to CHI a list of Distributor customers to which such sales were made, the number of Sensors and Sensor Test Kits and other Products sold in that quarter, and the calculation of the Gross Profit realized from the sale of Sensors and Sensor Test Kits and other Products by Distributor.

  • Such notice shall be forwarded to Centogene by email and include the name, address, and telephone number of the person making the Complaint or report of an Incident, the Contract DBS Test Kit(s) involved and the nature of the incident.

  • Centogene shall take, throughout the term of the Agreement, all necessary steps to identify and mitigate potential threats to its ability to manufacture and supply Contract DBS Test Kits.

  • Centogene will maintain and store all regulatory data relating to Contract DBS Test Kits, such as results of experimentation and testing, processes, laboratory records, clinical, analytical and quality control data, data analyses, reports, manufacturing data, techniques, processes and summaries, other information contained in the technical files of the Contract DBS Test Kits and any updates thereof.

  • Centogene shall immediately notify Shire of the results of any investigation related to Contract DBS Test Kits.

  • Where necessary under Applicable Laws, Centogene will make all reasonable efforts to develop and submit regulatory filings and obtain Regulatory Approval for Contract DBS Test Kits as fast as reasonably possible.

  • The prices for Kit Development, manufacture and supply of Contract DBS Test Kits and other specified services to be rendered by Centogene are set forth in Exhibit 3.

Test Kits means the products and related components listed in Exhibit A.
Test Kits means the SalivaQuiK™ test kits or components and all modifications, alterations, improvements, or changes thereto manufactured by Manufacturer.

Related to Test Kits

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Manufacturing Site means a location where a manufacturing

  • Finished Product means the final packaged product intended for human consumption;

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.
