Within ten (10) Business Days following the end of the applicable Review Period described in Section 3.6, the Asset Representations Reviewer will provide the Issuer, the Servicer and the Indenture Trustee with a report (a “Review Report”) specifying for each Subject Receivable whether there was a Test Pass, a Test Fail, a Test Incomplete (as contemplated by Section 3.5) or a Test Otherwise Resolved (as contemplated by Section 3.8) for each Test and Subject Receivable.
