Test Witnessing definition
Test Witnessing means a process by which personnel from TfL, or a nominated third party, witnesses the execution of Tests performed by the Service Provider as envisaged under paragraph 9 of schedule 4 (Testing Regime);
Test Witnessing means a process by which personnel from TfL, or a nominated Third Party, witnesses the execution of Tests performed by the Service Provider as envisaged under paragraph 11 of schedule 4 (Testing Regime);
Test Witnessing means test witnessing in accordance with Schedule 4 (Testing Regime);

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the DCC’s acceptance methods shall include Test Witnessing, a full or partial Testing Quality Audit, a Product Inspection and/or Document Review of all Document Deliverables (the "Acceptance Activities").
Tests may be witnessed by the Test witnesses in accordance with paragraph 17 (Test Witnessing).
