Testing Phase definition

Testing Phase means any phase of the development process (POC, MVPP, Alpha, Beta or Gamma) of a new or upgraded service or feature during which the Client is allowed to use such new or upgraded service or feature before it is generally made available to the public in order to test it, provide Feedback, participate in its improvement, and identify potential defects, dysfunctions or incompatibilities.
Testing Phase means the period of time from Delivery by the Contractor to approval by the CRA of a Prototype or initial concept of a deliverable under the SOW.
Testing Phase means any stage of the development process of the Service, during which the Client is entitled, by subscribing on the dedicated website, to use the Service prior to its commercial launch in order to carry out tests, contribute to improvements, and discover potential flaws.

Related to Testing Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of Holdings then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • Phase I Study means a human clinical trial in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.
