Tests and Inspections definition

Tests and Inspections mean the tests and inspections described in the plan and procedures developed in accordance with Section 4.2.
Tests and Inspections mean (i) making necessary inspections, (ii) performing the studies set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement, (iii) making engineering surveys and soil tests, where applicable, and (iv) other reasonably necessary tests to determine the suitability of the Premises for Licensee’s Facilities and prepare for the construction of any of Licensee’s Facilities and the Accessory Structures, if applicable.
