Texas Vehicles definition

Texas Vehicles means Eligible Vehicles acquired by RCFC on or after the Lease Commencement Date for lease in the State of Texas under Annex B of the Master Lease.
Texas Vehicles means Eligible Vehicles acquired by Dollar or Thrifty on or after the Lease Commencement Date for lease in the State of Texas.

Related to Texas Vehicles

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Vehicles means all railcars, cars, trucks, trailers, construction and earth moving equipment and other vehicles covered by a certificate of title law of any state and all tires and other appurtenances to any of the foregoing.

  • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.

  • Low-speed vehicle means any four-wheeled electrically-powered vehicle, except a motor vehicle or
