  • BY THE ALLOTTEE: The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a Designated Property with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project in particular.

  • Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that THE ALLOTTEE has to make any payment, in common with other THE ALLOTTEE(s) in Project, the same shall be in proportion to the carpet area of the said Property to the total carpet area of all the Property Units in the Project.

  • Each of the permitted engines are rated less than 50 bhp therefore this rule does not apply.

  • Allottee means a successful Bidder to whom the Equity Shares are Allotted;
