Mediation Rules As defined in Section 2.03(h)(i).
Arbitration Rules means the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.
Risk Retention Rules means the joint final rule that was promulgated to implement the Risk Retention Requirements (which such joint final rule has been codified, inter alia, at 17 C.F.R. § 246), as such rule may be amended from time to time, and subject to such clarification and interpretation as have been provided by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, the Commission and the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the adopting release (79 Fed. Reg. 77601 et seq.) or by the staff of any such agency, or as may be provided by any such agency or its staff from time to time, in each case, as effective from time to time as of the applicable compliance date specified therein.
EU Retention Rules means: (i) Articles 404 – 410 (inclusive) of CRR; (ii) Articles 50 – 56 (inclusive) of the AIFM Regulation; and (iii) Articles 254 – 257 (inclusive) of the Solvency II Regulation, each as in effect as of the date hereof, together with any guidance published in relation thereto including any regulatory and/or implementing technical standards in effect as of the date hereof.
Auction Rules means the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015 and its subsequent amendments.
the Association means the Association referred to in rule 1;
U.S. Risk Retention Rules means the federal interagency credit risk retention rules, codified at 17 C.F.R. Part 246.
UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
Credit Risk Retention Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(a).
Trade association means an entity recognized by the State in which the entity is doing business as a trade association and shall not include an organization that is formed for the purposes of providing insurance. “Transaction cutoff date” for weekly data reporting is 8 p.m. Central time on Friday of each week and for monthly data reporting is 8 p.m. Central time on Friday after the first Sunday of the month.
Savings association means a Fed- eral savings and loan association or a Federal savings bank chartered under section 5 of the Home Owners’ Loan Act, a building and loan, savings and loan or homestead association or a co- operative bank (other than a coopera- tive bank described in 12 U.S.C. 1813(a)(2)) the deposits of which are in- sured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and any corporation (other than a bank) the deposits of which are insured by the Federal De- posit Insurance Corporation that the Office of the Comptroller of the Cur- rency and the Federal Deposit Insur- ance Corporation jointly determine to be operating in substantially the same manner as a savings association, and shall include any savings bank or any cooperative bank which is deemed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to be a savings association under 12 U.S.C. 1467a(1).
School Rules means the rules of the School, a copy of the current version of which is provided to each child on entry and is sent to parents with the letter offering a place at the School, as those rules may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. Parents will be given notice of such amendments;
JAMS Rules has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 13 hereof.
JAMS means JAMS, Inc. or its successor entity, a judicial arbitration and mediation service.
Model Rules means the State of Oregon’s Attorney General’s model rules of procedure for Public Contracting, which are set forth in OAR Chapter 137, divisions 46, 47, 48, and 49, and required under ORS 279A.065.
Community association means an association in which membership is a condition of ownership or shareholder interest of a unit in a condominium, cooperative, townhouse, villa, or other residential unit that is part of a residential development plan as a master association or common interest community and that is authorized to impose an assessment and other costs that may become a lien on the unit or lot.
Park Rules means the rules of conduct and practice issued by us from time to time and applicable to the use of the Caravan and other facilities at the Park. A copy of the Park Rules in force at the date of this Licence Agreement is attached.
Club Rules means such rules and regulations set down by the Manager (with the approval of the Owners’ Committee, (if any)) from time to time with specific application to the Club House and the use and enjoyment thereof;
M&A Rules means the Provisions on Merging and Acquiring Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors, which was promulgated by six Governmental Agencies, namely, the Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the State Administration for Taxation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”), and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, on August 8, 2006 and became effective on September 8, 2006, as amended by the Ministry of Commerce on June 22, 2009.
PPB Rules means the rules of the Procurement Policy Board as set forth in Title 9 of the Rules of the City of New York (“RCNY”), § 1-01 et seq.
Breach Notification Rule means the HIPAA Regulation that is codified at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, Subparts A and D.
FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.
EU Securitization Rules means the EU Securitization Regulation, together with any relevant regulatory and/or implementing technical standards adopted by the European Commission in relation thereto, any relevant regulatory and/or implementing technical standards applicable in relation thereto pursuant to any transitional arrangements made pursuant to the EU Securitization Regulation, and, in each case, any relevant guidance published in relation thereto by the European Banking Authority or the European Securities and Markets Authority (or, in either case, any predecessor authority) or by the European Commission.
House Rules means the specific rules that are adopted by a facility licensee to govern the operation of a licensed facility and events, and which must comply with these policies;
PRA Rules means the Rules included within the PRA handbook issued by the PRA.
Master association means an organization that is authorized to exercise some or all of the powers of one or more associations on behalf of one or more common interest communities or for the benefit of the unit owners of one or more common interest communities.
