The Booking Form definition

The Booking Form means the Booking form annexed hereto and signed by the Hirer and signed on behalf of the Council.

The Booking Form means the official stand booking form containing the specific details of your booking, which accompanies these terms and conditions. “The Brochure” means the brochure which accompanies these terms and conditions. “The Contract” means these terms and conditions together with the Booking Form. “The Exhibitor” means the company, body or person that has been allocated a shell scheme stand (as described in the Brochure) and/or space in the Exhibition and any employee, or agent of such company, body or person. “The Exhibition” means the exhibitions specified on the Booking Form . “The Organiser” means Contour Exhibitions & Events Limited whose company number is 3287697 and whose registered office is, Apsleys, 21 Bampton Street, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6AA. “The Owner” shall mean the owner for the time being of the Premises including their assignees and successors in title. “The Premises” means the venue site upon which the Exhibition is held.

The Booking Form means the acceptance form completed by the Client as confirmation of the safari booking;

Examples of The Booking Form in a sentence

• The Booking Form constitutes permission only to use the premises and confers no tenancy or other right of occupation on the Hirer.

• The Booking Form shall only be deemed to be accepted when Point Blank Shooting communicates acceptance of the Booking Form at which point and on which date the Contract shall come into existence.

• The house xxxxxxx has absolute discretion as to what action or actions are required to ensure compliance with The Booking Form and or these Terms & Conditions which includes an absolute discretion to remove any person at any time from the Premises and/or to involve whatever emergency service or services that the house xxxxxxx xxxxx suitable at the time.

• The Booking Form must be fully completed by you and must be accompanied by payment of the booking fee.

• The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, which shall include the number and names of overnight guests staying at the Premises and to provide the numbers of additional guests that will visit the Premises, provided that the number of guests in total never exceeds 92 for overnight guests and 130 for banqueting (unless otherwise agreed and stated on The Booking Form).

The Booking Form means the Booking Form provided by the School or its agent for the purpose of booking a place for the Student on the course.
